Peyton Lily is a seventeen year old singer and songwriter from Bismarck, ND. 

 

She began playing guitar at the age of 9 and writing songs at the age of 11. She has always loved music especially country music that tells a story.  As an artist, her goal is to write music that evokes strong emotion and tells vivid stories from her own life as well as the lives of others. She draws inspiration from her favorite artists such as Miranda Lambert, Taylor Swift and Lanie Wilson. 

 

She began playing live shows the summer of 2022 and has been chasing her dream of being a country singer and writer since.  She has played at several county fairs around North Dakota including opening for and playing with Mark Mackay and Band at the Mercer County Fair.  Peyton has played at other local events and venues as well. Peyton has also been featured on NDToday twice playing her original music. 

 

In June 2024, She won three Country Gospel Music Association Awards.  The awards were for Teen People's Choice, Teen Performer and Songwriter.  She is entered in multiple songwriter competitions coming up this fall.
